Simon Cable (aka, Simms) is not your typical gun-toting, Labatts-chugging, mullett-sporting Canadian. Far from it. Aside from occasionally crossing into the US to sell knockoff Bryan Adams bootlegs, Simms is a fairly upstanding citizen.
Married with two kids, Simms is a web designer by trade and the long time commissioner and webmaster for the world famous Front Office Baseball League. He is so talented that he was able to create this blog with just a pack of his kids’ day-glo markers and a couple of old calculators.
Like every other schmuck/newcomer/fish that writes for this blog, Simms is a recent convert to on-line poker. He entered a $3k freeroll at InterPoker over the summer, managed to squeak into fifth and has played off that $150 nest egg ever since. The rights for this amazing rags-to-riches story have already been purchased by Miramax, so don’t bother asking.
Simms can usually be found chasing bonuses at the big networks, but is also available for bar mitzvahs and pet birthdays. Reserve early!
